Position Available Support Agent

Starting from €23,000 - depending on knowledge and experience

We are looking for a proactive and technically skilled Support Agent to join our international client's fast-paced IT support team

Responsibilities:

- Triage, resolve, and document incidents via our ticketing system
- Prioritise urgent issues and keep customers informed, clearly and calmly
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems (Mainly In-house software and Retail hardware)
- Monitor queues, log calls, and spot patterns to prevent repeat incidents
- Collaborate with teammates and escalate when needed
- Pitch in on ad-hoc tasks and improvement projects


Key requirements: 

- Related IT Qualifications
- 1–2 years in a technical support/helpdesk or similar role
- Comfortable using a ticketing system (e.g., JIRA, Zendesk, Freshdesk, ServiceNow)
- Strong English communication, written and verbal
- Solid problem-solving and customer empathy; calm under pressure
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid work permit

Nice to have: (Bonus points)

- Basic knowledge of running SQL queries
- Basic understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN
- Fundamental knowledge of IT procedures and security principles
- Previous experience in a retail IT environment
